Very happy good product works well
The thumb screws holding the blades are rough, cheap causing the blades to bend when being tightened which is referred to as hockey stick, I have found out via Mr Google and having spoken to other people that also scroll saw and I am not new to scrolling as I have been doing it for over 40 years.
The after sale help is Virtually non existent, as all the warranty rep, Sam, could do is e-mail and you can’t make any progress this way.
I have since been informed by others that a simple fix to this problem is to replace the screws with screws that have a rotating, replaceable end that doesn’t twist the blade. Why this fix has not been incorporated in this machine is beyond me.
Much more transpired after being requested to photograph which I complied then a video requested. I believe this was a fob off by someone who does not understand the workings of a scroll saw.
At this time I will not be recommending Timbecon to anyone and will inform them of the treatment that I have received
Hi all i am every happy with my new Sherwood scroll saw it runs a lot quitter than my old one. The bigger table is so good i can do bigger projects now. also the blade changes is easier and feeding the blade throw timber made easer too the swing head is great i like that i can now use both pin and pinless blade on this unit.
