Everyone knows how useful a dado joint can be, but getting it right relies on your equipment as much as your know-how. We know you will find a multitude of uses around your workshop for these Flat Top blades!

Torquata’s Flat Top Dado blades feature 24 flat-top ground carbide teeth with special side clearance. Unlike dedicated dado saw blades, they will not leave even the slightest "bat ears" on your wood as they cut a perfectly flat bottom. This enables an ultra-smooth finish when cutting hardwood, softwood, laminates and veneered ply.

Excellent. This is a joinery saw. In combination with a tall/sliding fence, I found the finish from the saw good enough to glue joints - without the need to clean up prior to clamping. I also note that the shoulder on tenon beautifully flat and square.
In terms of cutting grooves and rebates this tool really shines. Leave the router in the cupboard.
Do expect that 6mm will leave a 1/4" slot or groove so make allowance for this in marking and setting out joinery. Despite this I highly recommend this tool.
